Draped in Heritage began with a simple, meaningful gift.

After the birth of her child, founder Ruchira received a handcrafted robe from Jaipur from her husband, Deepak. It was soft, beautiful, and deeply comforting — the kind of everyday object that stays with you, not because it is extravagant, but because it feels personal.
That moment sparked a question: what if traditional craftsmanship could be shared through pieces designed for modern daily life?

What began with a bathrobe grew into a collection of handcrafted tote bags, textiles, and accessories made to be used, loved, and lived with every day.

The Co-Lab at South Orange is a business incubator and marketplace offering space to support entrepreneurs at all stages. It also serves as a community space, showcasing local art and hosting events that promote creativity, culture, and education.
