Have you been thinking about starting a business but aren’t sure where to begin? It can feel overwhelming—that’s why this hands-on class is designed to help you move from idea to launch with confidence. Through practical, actionable guidance, you’ll gain clarity, build a strong foundation, and leave with a clear path forward for bringing your business to life.

Kelli is a strategic innovation and growth leader with a track record of helping organizations, from global corporations to small businesses, develop and scale impactful products, services, and customer experiences. Early in her career, she led large-scale marketing and innovation strategy engagements across industries including consumer packaged goods, consumer finance, technology, and nonprofits. Across this work, she built a reputation for grounding ideas in a deep understanding of customers by using real insight to shape strategies and create products, services, and experiences that genuinely resonate.

More recently, Kelli founded and led Bounce Mkt, a mission-driven children’s resale business she built from the ground up. Driven by a goal to reshape perceptions of secondhand shopping and reduce the environmental impact of fashion, she grew Bounce Mkt into a recognized local brand with a loyal following. She designed and executed every aspect of the business, including brand positioning, customer experience, merchandising, and e-commerce operations, bringing both creativity and discipline to the process. Her entrepreneurial experience reflects her ability to turn ideas into reality.

Kelli holds an MBA from the University of Cambridge Judge Business School and a BBA from The George Washington University.
